Why does tracking show no update yet?

Some carriers need time to scan the parcel after dispatch. Please check again later, especially during weekends or holidays.

When will I receive a tracking number?

Tracking is sent after the item is produced, packed, and handed to the carrier. Made-to-order production usually takes 10-15 days before shipping.

Can you help if the package is delayed?

Yes. Email us with your order email, tracking number, and destination country so we can help review the shipment status.
