Report quickly

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is a visible issue, missing item, or wrong option.

Photos required

Measurement tolerance

Soft textiles may have small measurement differences due to fabric, sewing, and hand finishing.

Color and light

Fabric color can vary slightly by screen, room lighting, and natural daylight. We describe color as clearly as possible.

Return approval

Please do not send items back before contacting us. Returns must be reviewed and approved first.
