Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is a visible issue, missing item, or wrong option.
Include photos of the product, packaging, label, and any measurement concern so we can compare the order details.
Soft textiles may have small measurement differences due to fabric, sewing, and hand finishing.
Fabric color can vary slightly by screen, room lighting, and natural daylight. We describe color as clearly as possible.
Please do not send items back before contacting us. Returns must be reviewed and approved first.
Items made to selected measurements, bed size, or personalized package choices cannot always be resold.
